Shipping / Delivery Information:

Fresh Flower Delivery: Fresh flowers orders are delivered the same day on all orders placed before 2:00 PM in the recipients time zone. Delivery is available Monday through Saturday to all 50 States and Canada. Sunday delivery may not be available. Normal delivery hours are between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Due to the high volume of orders placed for holidays, it is imperative that your order be placed 48 hours prior to the holiday delivery date to ensure delivery. Orders placed after this time frame are not guaranteed delivery prior to the holiday, and will most likely be delivered the next following business day. Flowers cannot be delivered to PO boxes - we must have a valid street address. Delivery in some rural areas may not be possible, or may require an extra charge. We will contact you if this applies to your order. On occasion, it may be necessary to replace items shown on our website with comparable items due to lack of availability at the time of order processing. Delivery charges are billed when order is processed and ready to be delivered. Local Delivery charges are based on distance from Chatsworth Florist. Out of state orders are billed at flat rate of:

Gift items are usually shipped within 3 - 5 days. If you're item is not in stock we will let you know via email within 24 hours.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Fresh flower orders must be cancelled prior to delivery. If flowers have been delivered your order cannot be canceled.

You may return non damaged merchandise to us; however there will be a 20% restocking fee. You must call for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) We do not refund shipping fees nor pay the return shipping fees.

If you receive an insured ornament that was damaged in shipping , keep the box and packing materials and notify us immediately and we will send you all the information and documentation to file the claim.

Is my credit charged when I place my order? NO, Your credit card is Not charged until your order is ready to ship / deliver and actual shipping/ delivery charges and items that are in stock have been calculated.

Why am I not charged any shipping or Delivery charge when I place my order but I am charged a shipping / delivery charge when my order ships? We calculate shipping on actual weight and box size. We don't know the actual weight or box size until we have your order ready to ship. For fresh flower delivery, delivery charge is based on the distance from Chatsworth Florist.

Why was my order not shipped complete? Due to the high demand for our products, all items might not be available at time your order is placed.
