I ordered Valentines day morning and the website said I had over an hour to get my order in to receive it the same day. I know this is last minute, and I ordered Pop of Lavender. The flowers came after 9 pm and they were red roses. They were pretty and they were very good quality, and there were about 20 large roses in there. Same day delivery at 9 pm isnt good but I did order very late on the busiest day. Product wasn't as described but was substituted by equivalent or better. so not perfect but 4 stars.

First time ordering from chatsworth florist. I ordered a arrangement for my girlfriends 50th birthday and to be delivered, and wow it was gorgeous! She sent me a picture of the flowers received and she was in love. It was so beautiful!!! Sometimes when you order flowers online it’s just not as perfect as the picture but this arrangement was beautiful and prettier then the picture! Thank you! Will definitely order flowers from here again!

When this arrangement arrived I was taken back by how gorgeous it was. I loved the photo on the website but the actual arrangement was stunning. The aroma from the flowers was also something I wasn’t expecting but it was just beautiful. Thank you for making my daughter in love’s birthday special.
